  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction of the platform’s design, data, or code is strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of Service

  • Enables users to search, compare, and interact with verified partner products and services.
  • Connects to multiple authorized APIs for accurate data and order verification.
  • Provides a unified wallet and offer management system for user convenience.

ChatyShop does not directly sell goods or services — it acts as a technology layer facilitating secure connections between users and verified partners.

3. Platform Disclaimer

Information Accuracy

Product information, availability, and prices are retrieved through verified partner APIs. ChatyShop strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all partner data (pricing, stock, or descriptions) is always up to date.

Third-Party Responsibility

Orders, bookings, and payments made through ChatyShop are fulfilled by external service providers. ChatyShop is not responsible for partner performance, refunds, cancellations, or delivery delays.

No Direct Sale

ChatyShop does not act as a merchant, reseller, or product owner. It operates as an AI-driven aggregation and discovery platform for user convenience.

Offers & Campaigns

Offers, discounts, and deals displayed within ChatyShop may originate from partner APIs or ChatyShop’s internal campaigns. Availability and validity depend on partner systems and regional restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, icons, code, databases, and text displayed on ChatyShop are owned or licensed to ChatyShop.

  • You may not copy, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
  • Third-party logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Use of AI Systems

ChatyShop integrates AI technologies (OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Algolia) to enhance personalization, chat experiences, and search relevance.

AI-generated responses are designed to assist users but should not be interpreted as professional or financial advice. ChatyShop is not liable for any interpretation, decision, or loss resulting from reliance on automated suggestions or AI responses.

All AI models adhere to responsible data use, privacy, and safety guidelines.

6. Compliance with Partner Policies

  • ChatyShop accesses and uses partner APIs under authorized and compliant terms.
  • ChatyShop does not expose or redistribute partner API data outside permitted boundaries.
  • It does not interfere with tracking systems, pricing logic, or affiliate attribution.
  • The integration design ensures compliance with affiliate and developer program rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatyShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform — including lost profits, incorrect pricing, order delays, or data loss. ChatyShop’s total liability is limited to the verified internal balance in the user’s ChatyWallet at the time of dispute.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Access the Platform lawfully and ethically.
  • Do not misuse system features, wallet functions, or chat automation.
  • Avoid tampering with APIs, affiliate identifiers, or data endpoints.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including IP and privacy regulations.

Misuse may result in account suspension, wallet forfeiture, and legal action.

9. Data Protection & Security

ChatyShop follows the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and GDPR (EU). Sensitive data such as API tokens and payment info are encrypted using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. Access is role-based and auditable. ChatyShop does not sell user data or perform behavioral profiling.

10. No Warranty Clause

The ChatyShop platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding continuous or error-free access, data accuracy, or AI model performance.

System availability may vary due to maintenance, network issues, or partner outages.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Users outside India consent to these legal terms.

ChatyShop may modify this Legal Notice & Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be published on the Platform and take effect immediately upon posting. Users should review this page periodically.
